Resolving Slow Loading Times and Crashes in Chrome Browser

If you're experiencing slow loading times or frequent app crashes in your Chrome browser, we recommend following these steps:

Clearing All Time Cached Data

Open your browser's menu (the three-dot icon)
Select Delete Browsing Data.

Make sure you're on the Basic tab at the top.
Choose All Time as the time range.
Check the box for Cached Images and Files.
Click Delete Data.

Click on the icon located on the left side of the URL address bar.
Select Cookies and site data.

Click "Manage on-device site data".

Delete all the Cookies available by clicking the trash bin icon (especially those under 'Data from the site you're visiting').

Click Done.

After completing the above steps, simply refresh your browser. This will automatically log you out of your eclincher account. Just log back in.

Another factor that can affect our platform is if there is an update on the Google Chrome browser. Kindly check is if the Google Chrome is updated to the latest version, please refer to this Google Chrome article on how to check and update it: Update Google Chrome
