# Scheduled Reports

# Simplify Your Analytics with Automated Report Delivery

Staying on top of your analytics just got a lot easier. Eclincher now lets you create Scheduled Reports in PDF format directly from the Analytics section, so you no longer have to download reports manually. Instead, reports are delivered straight to your inbox on a schedule that works for you. Whether you are sharing performance updates with your leadership team or keeping clients in the loop, Scheduled Reports take the repetitive work off your plate so you can focus on what matters most.

This guide walks you through how to set up Scheduled Reports, also referred to as Push Reporting, across different sections of Eclincher Analytics.

### How to Create Scheduled Reports
You can create scheduled reports from several areas within Eclincher Analytics, including Built-In Reports, Custom Reports, Competitor and Audit Reports, and Inbox Analytics. Here is how each one works.

### A. Scheduling Reports from Built-In Reports
|| The Built-In Reports section was previously called Analytics Reports. If you need to customize your reports, head to the Custom Reports section instead.

**Step 1:** Go to **Analytics Reports** in the left-hand menu of your dashboard.

* **File Type.** Select the format for your report. Please note that Google Sheets and Google Slides require an active Google Drive profile connected under Manage Accounts and Integrations.
* **Time Frame.** Choose the date range the report should cover.
* **Scheduled Date and Time.** Set when you want the report to be sent.
* **Frequency.** Choose how often the report should be delivered, either one-time, weekly, or monthly.
* **Email Address.** Enter the email address where the report should be sent.
* **Email Subject and Body (Optional).** Customize the email your recipients will receive.
