Analytics Reports Terminologies

Analytics reports are key to understand how you're doing on social, as well as to identify improvement opportunities.

We've build up this guide with all the information you need to know about our analytics reports. Let's get started!

Our Analytics
We offer unlimited analytics on all of our plans. Reports are fully white labeled, you can include your company's or client's logo. These are the reports that can be generated on e-clincher

With Premier and Agency plans, you also get to create Customized Reports.

There you can merge all channels under a single report, and choose which items to display per report, per social network + specific time frames for each item selected, if needed.

You can as well generate Competitor Reports, based on Instagram Business. You can select up to 4 competitors accounts, and the system will display a performance comparison report between your account and theirs (based on last 30 days).

How data is collected and displayed
You should know that e-clincher offers backdate data for all your analytics reports, so you can look up to 1 year back, independently for the moment you connect your account with the system.

Analytics displayed are not collected by e-clincher. We display the data that social media channels send over the API, and we transform that "raw" data into comprehensive reports that you can understand, read and share with your teams and clients.

The only exceptions for this rule are Twitter. Because of API limitations, we are forced to internally collect the data for these. Therefore, data will be available from a couple of days after you connect them to your e-clincher account.
