Monitoring Brand Reputation and Competitors with Keywords and Hashtags

Social listening and engagement are key to a successful business

You can monitor your brand, a competitor, or any specific keyword or hashtag with our Monitoring Keywords & Hashtags feeds.

To set it up, follow these steps:

Hover on the Feeds tab (top navigation bar) and click on "Monitoring Feeds".



Click "Add Feed" to add new feed.



Setup a new feed based on your preference. Either look up a specific keyword, hashtag, or company/business name. Click on the "Preview feed" to view results.





Click "Save Feed"

The new feed has been added to your monitoring feeds. When ever you open or access the feed it will get updated in real-time.

Please note:
For Facebook Feeds - set up a feed by Page Name/ Page ID
For Instagram Feeds - set up a feed by hashtag ( top/ recent)
For Twitter- set up a feed tweet by popularity, mentioned users, hashtags, location, sentiment.
