Problems with slow loading - Clear Cache and Eclincher cookies (Google Chrome)

Resolving Slow Loading Times and Crashes in Chrome Browser

If Eclincher is loading slowly or you're running into browser crashes, don't worry! A quick cache and cookie cleanup usually does the trick. Just follow the steps below and you'll be back up and running in no time.

Step 1: Clear Your Cached Data

  1. Open Chrome's menu by clicking the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Delete Browsing Data.

Three Vertical Dot icon > Delete Browsing Data

  1. Set the time range to All Time.
  2. Check the box for Cached Images and Files.
  3. Click Delete Data.

All Time > Cached Images and Files > Delete Data

  1. Click the icon on the left side of the URL address bar (it may look like a lock or a tune icon).
  2. Select Cookies and site data.

  1. Click Manage on-device site data.

  1. Delete all available cookies by clicking the trash bin icon. Be sure to remove those listed under "Data from the site you're visiting."

  1. Click Done.

Step 3: Refresh and Log Back In

Once you've completed the steps above, refresh your browser. You'll be logged out automatically, so just sign back into your Eclincher account and everything should be running smoothly again.

One More Thing to Check: Chrome Updates

An outdated version of Google Chrome can sometimes affect platform performance. It's worth making sure your browser is fully up to date. You can follow Google's guide here: Update Google Chrome
