Problems with slow loading - Clear Cache and eclincher cookies (Google Chrome)
Resolving Slow Loading Times and Crashes in Chrome Browser
If you're experiencing slow loading times or frequent app crashes in your Chrome browser, we recommend following these steps:
Clearing All Time Cached Data
Open your browser's menu and go to More Tools.
Select Clear Browsing Data.
Click on Advanced at the top.
Choose All Time as the time range.
Check the box for Cached Images and Files.
Click Clear Data.
Deleting eclincher App Site-Specific Cookie
Click on the padlock icon located on the left side of the URL address bar.
Under the Allowed section, find and select "app.eclincher.com".
After completing the above steps, simply refresh your browser. This will automatically log you out of your eclincher account. Just log back in.
