If you experience slow loading times, or app keeps crashing on your browser, it would be best to do the following in your Chrome Browser:

CLEAR ALL TIME CACHED DATA

On your Browser's Menu, go to MORE TOOLS
Select CLEAR BROWSING DATA



Click ADVANCED on top
Under time range, select ALL TIME
Check CACHED IMAGES AND FILES
Click CLEAR DATA



DELETE eclincher APP SITE SPECIFIC COOKIE

Click on the Padlock icon around the left side of the URL address bar.
Click on COOKIES
Under ALLOWED, select "app.eclincher.com"
REMOVE it.



After the steps above, simply refresh your browser. This will automatically log you out of your eclincher account. Just log back in.
