How to Create Scheduled Reports

You can create scheduled reports from different sections of your Analytics, including Built-In Reports, Custom Reports, Competitor/Audit Reports, and even your Inbox Analytics. Let's explore each method:

A. Creating Scheduled Reports from the Built-In Reports Column

Please note: The Built-In Reports section was previously called Analytics Reports. If you need to customize your reports, head to Custom Reports.

Navigate to Analytics at the left menu dashboard and select Analytics Reports.

Analytics > Analytics Reports

Select the Social Media Profile from which you want to generate reports.

Select Social Media Profile

Once you've chosen the report for your profile, click the Options button and select Schedule Report.

Options > Schedule Report

A pop-up window will appear with the following options:

Enter a Report Name.
Add a note (this will not appear on the report).
Select the file type for the report. (Note: Google Sheets and Slides require an active Google Drive profile in your Manage Accounts - Integrations).
Choose the Time Frame for the report.
Set the scheduled date and time for the report.
Select the report frequency (One-time, Weekly, or Monthly).
Enter the email address where you’d like the report to be sent.
Optional: Customize the email subject and body for the report.

Scheduled Reports Options

You can also choose to Verify Report (send the email immediately) to test it out. The report will still be sent on the scheduled dates.

B. Creating Scheduled Reports from Custom Analytics Report and Competitor/Audit Report

Please note: Custom and Competitor Analytics Reports are available only for the Premier, Agency, and Advanced legacy plans, as well as the Professional and Enterprise plans.

In the Custom Reports or Competitor/Audit Reports column, click the 'three-dot' icon aligned to the report and then select Schedule.

A pop-up window will appear with the same options as mentioned earlier (A - Step 4).
You can also choose to Verify Report (send the email immediately) to test it out. The report will still be sent on the scheduled dates.

C. Creating Scheduled Reports for Your Inbox

From your Inbox, click on the Inbox Analytics icon.

Access Inbox Analytics from Inbox Dashboard

You can also go to Analytics > Analytics Reports > Inbox Report.
