Optimize Your Inbox Response Strategy


Managing messages and comments across multiple brands can get overwhelming fast, especially when you are switching between accounts just to stay on top of incoming activity. The Combined Brand Inbox brings all your brands together into a single, unified view so you can monitor and respond without constantly jumping around.


This feature is available on the Agency Plan.

What you can do with the Combined Brand Inbox:

  • View messages and comments from multiple brands in one inbox
  • Filter activity by team member, social media profile, or tag
  • Respond to incoming messages across brands without switching accounts
  • Stay organized with brand-specific tags and filtering options


Setting Up Your Combined Brand Inbox;


  1. Open Your Inbox
  • From your Eclincher dashboard, click on Inbox in the left-hand navigation bar



  1. Select the Brands You Want to Monitor
  • Click on the Brands filter at the top of the Inbox
  • Choose the brands you want to include in your combined view
  • By default, your current brand will already be selected. You can add more brands based on your role and the permissions assigned to your account



  1. Use Additional Filters to Narrow Your View


Once you have selected your brands, additional filtering options become available to help you focus on what matters most:


Team Filter

  • Filter inbox items by individual team members
  • Note that the main admin must first assign the brand to the relevant team member before they will appear as a filter option


Profiles Filter

  • Filter inbox items by specific social media platforms connected to the selected brands
  • This makes it easy to focus on activity from one platform at a time across all your brands

Tags Filter

  • Use tags to organize and sort inbox items by topic, campaign, or priority
  • Tags are brand-specific, so when you select a brand, you will see the tags associated with that brand and can filter by them accordingly


Quick FAQs

  • Can I respond to messages from different brands without leaving the inbox? Yes. The Combined Brand Inbox lets you view and reply to messages across all selected brands from a single screen.
  • Why can I not see a team member in the Team filter? The main admin needs to assign the brand to that team member first. Once that is done, they will appear as a filter option.
  • Can I add all my brands at once? Yes. You can select as many brands as your role and permissions allow from the Brands filter dropdown.
  • Is the Combined Brand Inbox available on all plans? No. This feature is available on the Agency Plan only.
