Strategize Your Inbox Response

Need to time your response? With the Agency Plan, you can now combine all of your favorite brands in a single inbox and see messages as they arrive. Strategize more with this shiny new tool! With a little organization, you can easily manage multiple accounts and respond appropriately without switching gears.



To set it up:

Select Inbox from your Dashboard



Click on the Brands filter and select all the Brands you would like to monitor (by default, it will just be your current brand, you can add more depending on your role and permission)



By selecting the specific Brands that you would like to monitor, it will also give you access to filter the Inbox item by:

Team - please take note that to filter the items by Team member, the Main Admin should assign the Brand to the particular team member first.



Profiles - easily filter Inbox item from a specific Social Media Platform from the Brands you have selected



Tags - Tags are one way of organizing your Inbox items. By selecting the preferred Brand you want to view, you can also view the tags available per brand and filter them according to your preference.
