Optimize Your Inbox Response Strategy



Looking to streamline your response time? With the Agency Plan, you can now consolidate all your favorite brands into a single inbox and stay on top of incoming messages. Maximize your efficiency with this powerful new tool! By organizing your inbox, you can effortlessly manage multiple accounts and respond promptly without any interruptions.



Setting it up is a breeze:

Access your Dashboard and select Inbox.



Click on the Brands filter and choose the brands you wish to monitor. By default, your current brand will be selected, but you can add more based on your role and permissions.



Selecting specific brands to monitor also provides additional filtering options for your inbox items:

- Team: You can filter items by team members. Note that the main admin must assign the brand to the respective team member first.



- Profiles: Easily filter inbox items based on social media platforms associated with the selected brands.



- Tags: Tags are a handy way to organize your inbox items. When you choose a preferred brand to view, you can also access and filter tags specific to that brand according to your preference.
