Introducing Instagram Direct Messages on eclincher
We're excited to announce that eclincher now supports Instagram Direct Messages! With the latest Messenger API integration for Instagram, eclincher users can connect to the direct message feature, enhancing the user experience and providing a seamless workflow. No longer limited by API constraints, social media managers can now manage messages and mentions directly on eclincher, boosting productivity and delivering a top-notch messaging experience for our clients.
With Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) on eclincher, you can:
- Reply to direct messages from your audience within the eclincher platform.
- Respond to mentions in Instagram Stories effortlessly.
Here's how to add your Instagram DMs to the eclincher Inbox:
On your Instagram mobile app, follow these steps:
- Tap the hamburger menu button.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Privacy.
- Go to Messages.
- Under Connected Tools, toggle on "Allow Access to Messages."
On your eclincher account:
- Ensure that your Instagram profile is properly connected.
- Navigate to the Inbox section.
- Apply the Profile filter to your Instagram account and use the Type filter to easily access Instagram Direct Messages in your Inbox.
Supported Types of Instagram Direct Messages:
Regular Direct Messages (DM) from other users:
- Receive notifications and reply to regular direct messages.
- Replies can be sent within 7 days.
Mentions in Instagram Stories:
- Get notified when someone mentions you in their stories.
- Easily reply to these mentions.
- Replies can be sent within 7 days.
Replies to Your Story:
- Stay informed when someone replies to your story.
- Effortlessly respond using the eclincher Inbox.
- Replies can be sent within 7 days.
