Facebook Page - not receiving messages and comments in eclincher's Inbox

What to do if you are not receiving Facebook page direct messages or comments



It may be possible that your Facebook account is not properly subscribed to the webhook API for Facebook. The webhook API allows eclincher to receive Facebook inbox items in your Facebook account's behalf. To properly subscribe your Facebook account, all you need to do is RENEW YOUR TOKENS or PERMISSIONS.

Open Add and Manage accounts
Click RENEW TOKENS for the Facebook account that you use to manage the Facebook page



Another thing to check is the Facebook Page's Settings. Make sure that no other app is being prioritized in managing the page inbox.

Go to the Facebook Page's Settings



Go to ADVANCED MESSAGING -> APP SETTINGS -> CONFIGURE



Make sure that no app is prioritized. PRIMARY and SECONDARY RECEIVER should both have nothing selected. (Default)
