Updating Your Instagram Business Account Data

If you’ve recently created a new Instagram page or made updates to your existing profile, such as changing your profile image or bio, you can easily refresh and update your Instagram account data in eclincher. Follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open Manage Accounts

Log into your eclincher dashboard and click on the "Manage Accounts" section located in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step 2: Locate Your Instagram Account

Find your Instagram account from the list of accounts. Click on the three vertical dots next to the account name.

Step 3: Update All Pages

Click on the three vertical dots next to the account name. From the dropdown menu, select Update all pages. This will refresh the account data and pull in any recent changes to your Instagram Business profile.

Step 4: Add New Pages

If you’ve added new Instagram pages that haven’t been synced with eclincher yet, toggle the switch to "On" next to the new pages. Once selected, click Save Changes to finalize the update.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure that your Instagram Business account data stays up to date on eclincher, including profile images, bios, and new pages.
