Failed to add new social profiles, renew token, update account, or to add new pages and profiles to eclincher

You may encounter difficulties when attempting to add new social profiles, renew tokens, update your account, or add new pages and profiles to eclincher. To address these issues, please follow the instructions provided below:

Adding New Social Profiles and Pages:
- If you are unable to add a new social account, profile, or page, it is likely because you are already logged in to an account of the same social channel.
- Open a new tab and navigate to the website of the social channel you wish to add (e.g., facebook.com, linkedin.com, twitter.com).
- Check if you are already logged in to the account. If so, log out.
- Return to the eclincher tab and access the "Add & Manage Accounts" section.
- Click on the option to add your new social account.
- The social channel popup will appear, requesting your account credentials. Enter the relevant credentials for the new social account.

Renewing Tokens and Updating Accounts:
- When attempting to renew tokens or update your account, similar issues may arise if you are already logged in to a different account.
- Open a new tab and log out from the social account you are currently using.
- Return to eclincher and proceed to renew your token or update your account as necessary.
If you renew a token in one brand and other brands have the same profile enabled, the expired tokens will also renew in other brands (Agency plan).
