How to Update Your Instagram Business Account Data


Made changes to your Instagram profile recently? Whether you updated your bio, swapped your profile image, or added a new page, those changes need to be synced over to Eclincher so everything stays accurate. The good news is it only takes a moment.


When you should do this:
  • You recently updated your Instagram profile image or bio
  • You created a new Instagram Business page and want to add it to Eclincher
  • Your account details in Eclincher look outdated or out of sync


Step 1: Open Manage Accounts
  • Log into your Eclincher dashboard
  • Click on the Manage Accounts icon in the left-hand navigation bar


Step 2: Locate Your Instagram Account
  • Find your Instagram Business account in the list
  • Click the three vertical dots next to the account name


Step 3: Update All Pages
  • From the dropdown menu, select Update All Pages
  • This pulls in any recent changes made to your Instagram Business profile, including your bio, profile image, and account details


Step 4: Add Any New Pages
  • If you have added new Instagram pages that have not yet appeared in Eclincher, toggle the switch to On next to each new page
  • Click Save Changes to finalize


That's it. Your Instagram Business account data is now refreshed and up to date in Eclincher.


Quick FAQs

  • Why is my new profile image not showing in Eclincher? Profile image updates do not sync automatically. Run through the steps above and select Update All Pages to pull in the latest changes.
  • My new Instagram page is not appearing in the list. What should I do? Make sure the new page is connected to the same Facebook account linked to Eclincher. Then follow the steps above to refresh. If it still does not show up, reach out to the Support Team.
  • Will doing this affect my scheduled posts? No. Updating your account data only refreshes profile information and does not impact any posts you have already scheduled.
