Easy Sharing of Your Posts for Brand Advocates

Eclincher makes it simple to collaborate with ambassadors and influencers through the Ambassadors feature. You can share your latest posts with brand advocates directly from the platform, and they can promote your content with just a couple of clicks. Here is how it all works.

What the Ambassadors Feature Does

• Assign posts to ambassadors. When creating a new post, you can assign it to an ambassador right from the post editor. This gives them access to share it with their audience.

• Automatic email notification. Once the post is published, Eclincher automatically sends the ambassador an email with a link to the content, letting them know it is ready to share.

• One-click sharing. The ambassador simply clicks the link in the email, which takes them to a page where they can share the post to their social media accounts instantly.

Here is how to get started.

How to Add Ambassadors to Your Contacts

Step 1: Go to the Contacts Page

From your Eclincher account, click on Contacts or the contact icon in the left-hand menu to open the Contacts page.

Step 2: Add or Edit a Contact

You have two options here:

• Click Add Contact in the top-right corner of your workspace to create a new contact, or

• Click Edit Contact in the Action column of an existing contact to update their details

Step 3: Mark the Contact as an Ambassador

After filling in or updating the contact's details, check the Mark Contact as an Ambassador box. This enables the contact to be used with the Ambassadors feature. Click Save when you are done.

How to Use the Ambassadors Feature on Your Posts

Step 1: Create a New Post

Start creating a post in Eclincher as you normally would. Once your content is ready, click the Ambassadors option below the post editor to assign it.

Step 2: Pick Your Ambassador

In the Ambassador pop-up, select the ambassador you want to notify from your list. They will receive an email notification after the post is published.

Step 3: Publish the Post

Click Post Now to publish. Eclincher will automatically send an email notification to the assigned ambassador.

Step 4: Ambassador Shares the Post

The email your ambassador receives includes a share button. When they click it, they are taken to a page where they can share the post to their social media accounts right away.

Just a couple of clicks and your content is in front of their followers.

And that's it, you're all set! The Ambassadors feature is a straightforward way to extend your content's reach through the people who already support your brand.
