Publishing Groups is a powerful Eclincher feature designed to save you time and simplify how you manage multiple profiles. Instead of selecting profiles one by one every time you create a post, you can organize them into groups and add them to your posts in just a few clicks.

What is a Publishing Group?

A Publishing Group is a shortcut that lets you add a pre-selected batch of profiles to the post editor all at once. You can include up to 100 profiles in a single group, making it a great option for teams that regularly post the same content across multiple accounts.

Creating a Publishing Group

1. Click on the Profile icon in the bottom left corner of your screen and go to Publishing Settings.
2. Navigate to the Publishing Groups tab and click on the Add Publishing Group button.

3. Enter a name for your group, then select the Brand and Profiles you want to include. You can add up to 100 profiles per group.
4. Click Save to finish.

Managing Your Publishing Groups

You can duplicate, edit, or delete any group at any time. Here's how:

1. Go to Publishing Settings and click on the Publishing Groups tab to see all your existing groups.
2. Click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of any group card.

From there, you have three options:

• Copy – Creates an identical duplicate of the group.
• Edit – Update the group name, add or remove profiles, or change the assigned brand.
• Delete Group – Permanently removes the group.

 Using a Publishing Group in the Post Editor

Once your groups are set up, using them when creating a post is quick and easy.

1. Open the Post Editor.
2. Click the profile selector dropdown at the top of the editor.
3. Select the dropdown button next to Publishing Groups to display the groups saved within your account or brand.
4. You can add multiple Publishing Groups and individual profiles at the same time.
