eclincher's New "Ambassadors" Feature: Easy Sharing of Your Posts for Brand Advocates



eclincher has made it even easier for businesses to collaborate with ambassadors and influencers through its new Ambassadors feature. This tool allows you to quickly share your latest posts with your brand ambassadors, enabling them to promote your content with just a few clicks. Here’s how it works:

The Ambassadors feature is available exclusively to Advanced Plan users, and it supports sharing of posts to Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.


Key Features



Assign Posts to Ambassadors: When you create a new post, you can assign it directly to an ambassador through eclincher. This allows the ambassador to access and share the post with their audience.

Email Notification with a Link: Once a post is assigned and published, eclincher automatically sends an email to the ambassador. The email contains a link to the post you created, notifying them that the content is ready to be shared.

Easy One-Click Sharing: Ambassadors can quickly share the post by clicking on the provided link, which takes them to a page with a share button. With just one click, they can post the content to their social media accounts.

To use the Ambassadors feature, you need to have your contacts set up in eclincher first.

Let’s walk you through adding ambassadors to your contacts.

How to Add Ambassadors



Step 1: Access the Contacts Page

From your eclincher account, click on Contacts or the contact icon in the left-hand menu. This will take you to the Contacts page.

Step 2: Access the Contacts Popup

To add an ambassador, you can:

Add a New Contact: Click the Add Contact button located in the top-right corner of your workspace.

Edit an Existing Contact: Click the Edit Contact option found in the Action column of any existing contact.

Step 3: Mark Contact as an Ambassador

After filling out or editing the contact’s details, check the Mark Contact as an Ambassador box. This allows the contact to be used with eclincher’s ambassador feature. Once done, click Save.


How to use the Ambassadors Feature for your Posts



Step 1: Create a New Post

Begin by creating a post in eclincher as you normally would. Once your post is ready, you can assign it to an ambassador by clicking the Ambassadors option below the post editor.


Step 2: Assign the Post to an Ambassador

Once you get to the Ambassador pop-up, Pick the ambassador you want from your list, and they’ll be notified after the post is published.


Step 3: Publish the Post — Ambassador Receives an Email

Once your post is published using the Post Now option, eclincher sends an email notification to the assigned ambassadors.

Important Note: You can only publish a post using Post Now if you want to utilize the Ambassadors feature. Not available for Scheduled Posts.

Step 4: Ambassador Shares the Post

The email sent to the ambassador contains a share button. When they click the link, they’re taken to a page where they can instantly share the post on their social media accounts.

With just a couple of clicks, your ambassadors can share your content with their followers.
