Deleting posts in eClincher is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps to delete posts from various sections, including the calendar, list view, draft folder, Auto Post queues, and Post Approval list.

Deleting Scheduled Posts

To delete scheduled posts from the calendar, list view, draft folder, or post approval list, follow these steps:

In the Publishing tab, click on the calendar date to access the day preview where you can view your scheduled posts. If you're using list view, draft folder, or post approval list, scroll down to locate the post you want to delete.
Identify the post you wish to delete and click on the "three-dot icon" next to it.
Choose whether you want to delete all future dates and times for the post or just the selected instance.

Deleting Posts from Auto Post Queues

To delete posts from Auto Post queues, follow these steps:

Go to the Auto Post Queues tab.
Decide whether you want to remove the post from the queue entirely or edit the profile's scheduled time.
Select the queue containing the post you want to delete.
Find the post in the queue and click on the "Three-dot icon" to reveal the delete post button. If the post appears in multiple queues, you'll need to switch queues and delete it individually in each one.
