Error message with image size over 10MB

You may encounter an error message when attempting to attach images larger than 10MB to eclincher. This limitation is in place to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with social media channels. To resolve this issue, we recommend changing your photo viewer on Mac to the default Preview image viewer, as outlined below:

Changing the Default Image Viewer:
- Locate the image file you wish to attach in Finder.
- Right-click on the image and select "Get Info" from the context menu.
- In the information window that appears, locate the "Open With" section.
- Click on the dropdown menu and select "Preview" as your default image viewer.
- Just below that, click on "Change All" to apply this setting to all images with the same file type.

Image Viewer Change

By changing the default image viewer to Preview, you can reduce the file size of Adobe images, which often contain additional data that makes them larger than necessary for social media channels. Remember that super high-resolution images are not required for optimal performance on these platforms.
