The Text in My Post is Missing After Saving

If you have experienced a situation where your copied text disappears after saving a post in eclincher, here's what might have happened:

In some rare cases, when you copy and paste text from certain software tools like Photoshop, special characters that are not recognized by text editors can be added. While these characters may not be visible in our post editor, they can cause issues when saving the post. Although the text may initially appear normal, it fails to save due to the presence of these unrecognized characters, resulting in an empty post.

To ensure that your copied text doesn't contain any unrecognized characters, we recommend following these steps:

Paste the copied text into a word document, Google Docs, or any other text editor.
Check if there are any unusual characters, such as . If you find any, delete them.
Copy the entire text again, ensuring that it doesn't include the problematic characters.
Paste the text without the unrecognized characters into the eclincher post editor.

By following these steps, your text should be saved correctly without any issues.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Support Team. We are available 24/7 to assist you.
