Publishing Group

Need to save time? Have a group of profiles you want to publish to? Time to get organized!



Enter PUBLISHING GROUPS!





A 'Publishing Group' serves as a shortcut and time saver adding a group or batch of profiles in the post editor. You can add as many as 100 profiles in a custom group. This is helpful when you need to post materials on multiple profiles all the time.

Creating a new Custom Publishing Group

Step 1.
Go to the publishing settings dashboard



Step 2.
Go to publishing groups



Step 3.
Click on the Add New Group button.



Step 4.
Key in the name of the new publishing group then select the Brand and Profile.



Step 5
Click the "save" button once you are done adding profiles. You can add up to 100 profiles per group.



To remove a profile, simply hover the mouse to the profile and a trash bin icon will appear in the right side. Click the trash bin icon and profile will be removed



Duplicating, Rename and deleting a Custom Publishing Group

To edit the groups, make sure you are still at the Publishing Settings dashboard.

Step 1.
Click on the Publishing Groups to show all the groups you have created



Step 2.
You will see 3 vertical dots on the upper right corner of each Publishing group.
a. Copy
b. Edit
c. Delete Group



Step 3.
To duplicate a group, click "Copy" and it will create a duplicate of that group.



The new group will carry the same name as the original + "copy" + "(the number of times it was copied)".



Step 4.
To rename the group, add or remove profiles and change brand, click the 3 dots and then "Edit". This will allow you to change/edit the name of the group, add or remove profiles and change brand.



After editing, click on Save button to save changes.



Step 5.
To delete a group, click the 3 dots on your selected group and then click "Delete Group".



Multi Brand Group- Adding and managing profiles from different brands
Available for Agency Plan

The Publishing Group supports multi-brand function meaning you can create a publishing group and add different profiles from different brands . This can be very useful if you need to post materials across different brands.

Adding and creating a publishing group with multiple brands is almost the same as adding a single Publishing Group. The only difference in the process is you need select the brand of the profiles you want to include in the publishing group.

Step 1. Brand Selection
To select a brand, click on the brand dropdown and the profiles within the brand will show up on the 3rd box "Profiles" .





Step 2
Follow the steps in creating a new publishing group and adding profiles(above).

Using the publishing group

The Publishing Group can be used immediately once it is created.

Step 1
From your Post Editor Area click on the dropdown used for selecting profiles when creating a new post



Step 2
Select the Publishing Group that you would like to use



Please Note: You can add Multiple Publishing Groups + a Profile at the same time
