Publishing Group

We are excited to introduce a powerful feature on eclincher called Publishing Groups that will help you save time and efficiently manage your profiles. With Publishing Groups, you can easily add a group or batch of profiles in the post editor, streamlining your workflow. Let's explore this feature in detail:

What are Publishing Groups?
A Publishing Group serves as a shortcut to add a custom group of profiles in the post editor. You can include up to 100 profiles in a single group, making it ideal for posting materials across multiple profiles regularly.

Creating a New Custom Publishing Group
To create a new Custom Publishing Group, follow these steps:

a. Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of your screen and go to Publishing Settings.

b. Navigate to the Publishing Groups tab and click on the "Add Publishing Group" button.

d. Enter a name for the new publishing group and select the desired Brand and Profiles.

e. Click "Save" to finalize the group creation. You can add up to 100 profiles per group.

Duplicating, Editing, and Deleting a Custom Publishing Group
To manage your Custom Publishing Groups, follow these steps:

a. Access the Publishing Settings dashboard.

b. Click on Publishing Groups to view all the groups you have created.

c. Each group will have three vertical dots in the upper right corner.

- Copy: Duplicate the group, creating an identical copy.

- Edit: Modify the group's name, add or remove profiles, or change the brand.

- Delete Group: Permanently delete the selected group.

Multi-Brand Group: Adding and Managing Profiles from Different Brands
(Available for Agency Plan)

If you need to manage profiles from different brands within a single Publishing Group, follow these steps:

a. Select the desired brand from the brand dropdown menu.

b. The profiles associated with the selected brand will appear in the "Profiles" section.

Using the Publishing Groups

Once you have created your Publishing Groups, you can start using them in the post editor:

a. Access the Post Editor Area.

b. Click on the dropdown menu used for selecting profiles when creating a new post.

c. Choose the Publishing Group you want to use.

d. You can add multiple Publishing Groups and profiles simultaneously.
